Description: This class teaches the actor to use their skills in a way that will work in TODAY’S industry. Marlo can relate to actors, because she has been on both sides of the fence, as an actor and currently working as a Talent Manager with Mercury Entertainment. She will share stories and her experiences through her almost 50 years in the industry. Marlo will show you how to take all the different methods of acting and find yourself in them. You will work on building your acting skills through scene work, acting exercises, and individual feedback. You will learn what to wear to an audition, headshots, and learn how to create a stand out resume. You will understand the audition process from beginning to end, She will show you how to be comfortable and confident, enabling you to make choices out of the box. You will learn to develop a character and stand out in an audition and how to proceed after you booked the job and are on a set.
