This one day workshop, a follow-up to the Alexander Technique Workshops taught at Actor’s Rep in 2019, will review and reinforce the techniques explored in the first workshop, then move on to apply Alexander Technique when performing. Performers will have the opportunity to work on a monologue, scene, cold reading, etc. and discover the many ways Alexander Technique can create physical freedom and support artistic expressiveness. The class will be tailored to the needs of the participants, so bring your questions!!
