Description: This class combines drama games and mock on-camera auditions to give the young actors creativity and confidence while providing them with hands-on knowledge of the on-camera audition process. They will leave class knowing what is expected of them in an on-camera audition, and how to have fun while being successful.

Marlo can relate to actors, because she has been on both sides of the fence, as an actor and currently working as a Talent Manager with Mercury Entertainment.

Her classes are known to be far more in depth than a typical “kids” acting class. Marlo will work with participants the same way she works with adult actors. She will challenge the students to look at how on camera acting may differ from live performances. She also realizes they want to have some fun. She incorporates stories and experiences and doesn’t just teach someone else’s method.

Subject matter and games are specific to each age group.

Returning students will be given new, more advanced material chosen to develop their individual skill set.

They want to know the amount of the class and what it means to you to receive funding? What would happen if you didn’t receive financial assistance? FYV needs to know specifics of the date your intended class starts, and other pertinent details about that specific class. Please be as thorough in your responses as possible, otherwise, if you don’t provide them enough information, they can’t possibly provide a qualitative decision. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.

If you decide to go this route, please let me know mariannesalem @ actorsrep.org once you have completed the application and for which class you are registering so I can let Find Your Voice know of your application with our class. The sooner you complete the application and let me know, the better as their turn around time can be a couple of weeks. Please plan on a Plan B just in case. We can make payment arrangements.
