This one day workshop is designed to explore sound and movement to truly be in the moment and expand your vocal range as actors. We will begin each day with a full Linklater based warm-up to release tension, increase your energy and expand your voice. The warm-up will be followed by an interactive investigation of text through a series of sound and movement exercises. Free your body, mind and voice so you can connect with your instincts and be present in the world. Please have 10-12 lines of memorized text ready so we can play.
