J. Kelly Dennehy

Kelly has been in the business for longer than she can remember. During the “golden years” of the New York master schools and teachers she studied at the Hebert Bergoff Studio, and with the famous Mira Rostova (both privately and in class) voice with Sue Seton and with Frank Wagner at the International School of Dance at Carnegie Hall. Kelly was affiliated with the Burt Reynolds Institute of Film and Theatre both as a Master Actor and as the Executive Director. Currently, she co-teaches with  Bob Carter  working with the Acting Company here at actor’s rep.  

During her younger years, she worked with Gypsy Rose Lee, Boris Karloff, Mildred Dunnock, Diana Muldaur, Raul Julia, George Hamilton, Burt Reynolds to name but a few.

Her background includes, film, television, stage, recordings. She has taught at Riverside Theatre, Sarah Parker Models, Turnabout Models, “Nominated for” best actress at the first annual Wide Screen Film Festival. She is a member of Actor’s Equity and SAG Eligible.
