    Description: Reading comprehension is not always easy but it can be fun and engaging as children master the “Who, What, Where, When, Why and How” from a reading activity. Students will build confidence as they find ease in responding to plot, theme, setting, compare and contrast, and so many other comprehension questions. As Speech- Language Pathologist’s (SLP’s), we have developed and progressed their abilities and confidence so that they’re asking for books to read on their own. We target a range of research based methods that include approaches from the Visualizing and Verbalizing® program by LindaMood-Bell®, and receptive and expressive language therapy from certified Speech Language Pathologists to address ALL of a child’s literacy developmental needs.
