Generations of actors have reaped the benefits of freeing their movement through the Alexander Technique. This workshop offers simple movement tools for honest, authentic movement and a dynamic onstage presence. Get to know your Instrument: shed restrictive tension, free your breath, move out of your head and into your body, so you can really play. You have a Choice about the way you move!
