This course will prepare students for the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Visual Arts audition. We will review and practice the three sections of the audition: Still Life, Figure Drawing, and 3D Design with a written statement. Using the same materials provided in the audition, students will learn specific techniques and tips about what the judges are looking for. Mock auditions will teach time management and ensure that students feel confident, prepared, and excited when they walk into their Dreyfoos audition. Class materials (ebony pencils, magic rub erasers, drawing paper, construction paper, scissors and tape) will be provided and are included in the price.
