Casting directors are utilizing self-tapes for auditions more than ever before It’s crucial to know how to make a successful self-tape video. It’s your first and only impression as well as your audition!
This class will teach you how to make a professional and successful self-tape audition video. We will cover: necessary equipment, ideal set up, lighting, sound, framing, focal point, wardrobe, setting, readers, performance, test run, submission, uploading and sending files. This class will be capped at 12 participants.
This class will offered online through Zoom. You will receive an invitation link via the email you provide to the online session. Specific directions will give supplied.

Instructor: Marlo Cohen
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Marlo began her acting career at an early age being cast on Broadway. Marlo received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College and her Master’s from Adelphi University. She works with local theatres as a performer and has studied with many industry professionals in LA, Florida, and NYC. She has taught and conducted many seminars and workshops in South Florida and Los Angeles. Marlo is a talent manager for Mercury Entertainment LLC, representing talent in Florida, NY, and LA.
